- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am unable to describe in words how upset and disappointed I am with the post master at this branch. A package with a Christmas gift for my son could not be delivered at my address because of a tipped over mailbox. I visited the branch the following day to arrange for a delivery at which point I was helped by the post master herself. She went to look if she has the package at the office but came right back and said she did not. I told her the mailbox will be fixed the very same day. She was extremely unhelpful and seemed annoyed. I came back six days later only to find out that the postmaster had sent the package back to sender that same day I was there! Not only did she not hold it for the required seven days, mind you, but she also sent it back that same day I was there! She has no care or desire to help. Very disappointed.
